How much does Ivamelt Rewards cost?
£19 a month per shop in the UK, or €25 in euro countries, after a 14-day free trial. No card details are needed to start the trial.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan your poster and add your stamp card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Without a Wallet, they keep it as a web card on their phone.
What do I need at the till?
Any phone. Staff open the Ivamelt Rewards app or the website, scan the customer's card and tap to give a stamp or the reward.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Upload your logo, pick your colours, your reward and how many stamps it takes, and choose one of nine designs. Seasonal designs like Christmas and Diwali appear in your picker in their season.
Can customers cheat with screenshots?
A web card's code changes every minute, so a screenshot or a forwarded link won't collect stamps, and each card opens on one phone at a time. Staff can also cap stamps per visit and undo a slip.
What do you keep about my customers?
Only a first name, an email and their stamps. Offers go only to customers who agree, and each customer can see or delete their card at any time.
